We built our home here in Kelowna in 1980 and over the years , the front patio had sagged approx 7 inches . Team Foundation Ltd. did the work in raising the patio , including some side jobs of a staircase and stucco posts. They always let me know the progress of the project as I was out of town during the time that the work was being performed . The end result was first class with excellent workmanship . My wife who was home at the time during the work said that the crew was very well mannered. I would not hesitate in using them again at a future date.

Team Foundation Systems Ltd. was engaged by the Construction Manager, Concost Services Inc. to complete the foundation underpinning work for the Kelowna Casino & Parkade Expansion at the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort & Conference Centre. Their scope of work included the re & re of slab on grade concrete and soil fills as required for the installation of Chance Helical Screw piles to existing strip and pad footings. The purpose of the pile installation was to increase the load carrying capabilities of the existing structure to support an additional level of parkade structure. This method of foundation improvement was one of three methods analyzed for the work along with push piles and conventional foundation underpinning. After reviewing the practicality, cost and timelines for each proposed method, the installation of helical screw piles proved to be the most economical and efficient approach to the challenge. Team Foundation Systems completed their contracted scope of work on budget and on schedule and left the site clean and clear of any construction debris prior to leaving site.
